Shipping and Return Policies
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Gift Cards
- Digital downloads
Shipping
I ship via the wonderful people at Canada Post and UPS. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Any duty/customs charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping times for tracked:
Winnipeg - 2 business days
Within Manitoba - 3 business days
Canada - 4-7 business days
US U.S.A.* (Letter-post) 5-6 Business days
International* (Letter-post and small packet) 3-8 weeks. The variance is due to the different countries and time of year it ships.
Customers who select untracked lettermail, forgo insurance on the item. Any items lost are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are experiencing delays with your art, please reach out to me at lisa@whitehouseart.ca
